Agora Prime Metals Trading has officially published its comprehensive Code of Conduct policy, setting a strict ethical framework and operational benchmark for all internal staff, board members, and affiliated third parties.
The company, located at the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), has noted that the updated guidelines apply universally across all employment levels as well as to contractors, consultants, and vendors. Management will be held directly accountable for enforcing these standards across Agora's teams and operations.
The framework is built around five core values: Integrity, Respect, Excellence, Compliance, and Responsibility. In a bid to reinforce operational integrity, the policy enforces strict anti-corruption controls. Employees are mandated to immediately declare any actual or perceived conflicts of interest for independent review.
Furthermore, Agora Prime maintains a zero-tolerance stance against bribes, kickbacks, and facilitation payments, aligning its anti-corruption policies with UAE federal laws, OECD instruments, and the United Nations Convention against Corruption.
The guidelines also outline robust measures for data protection, zero tolerance on discrimination, and sustainability practices.
